My husband and I were looking to have our HVAC system upgraded and additional duct work done in our basement. We searched contractors through a vendor portal with our home improvement account and came across Mr. HVAC. We reached out on Friday and Chris was at our house on Sunday for an estimate. He spent a significant time with us looking over our unit, ducts etc, while discussing what our wants and needs were. I appreciate more than anything him LISTENING to my needs and selling us only what we needed/wanted. Once he understood what our needs and wants were he created a plan that was within our budget and got us scheduled. There was a week lag time (perfect for us to prep). The technicians were awesome, friendly, efficient and timely. Chris’ partner Robert communicated with my husband and I each day (project was two days) letting us know the status. Our project was executed just as we discussed. I absolutely recommend Mr. HVAC as they warranty they labor and parts as well. I’ve waited 6 years to have heat in my basement and I can’t even explain how excited I am to be warm and to have had such a warm experience.

I literally don’t even have the words for how much Chris just saved us. I thought I would need to buy an entirely new ac system. He comes over and says it just needs to be drained. He was my third quote of the day. The first two were above 6,000. Chris came over and fixed my ac unit for $200! I cannot make this up. He was incredibly. He is honest, reliable and trustworthy.
