We searched contractors through a vendor portal with our home improvement account and came across Mr. HVAC. We reached out on Friday and Chris was at our house on Sunday for an estimate. He spent a significant time with us looking over our unit, ducts etc, while discussing what our wants and needs were. I appreciate more than anything him LISTENING to my needs and selling us only what we needed/wanted. Once he understood what our needs and wants were he created a plan that was within our budget and got us scheduled. There was a week lag time (perfect for us to prep). The technicians were awesome, friendly, efficient and timely. Chris’ partner Robert communicated with my husband and I each day (project was two days) letting us know the status. Our project was executed just as we discussed. I absolutely recommend Mr. HVAC as they warranty they labor and parts as well. I’ve waited 6 years to have heat in my basement and I can’t even explain how excited I am to be warm and to have had such a warm experience.

Chris, Robert, and their crew were amazing! They were very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, and passionate about their work. They put in a complete heating and cooling unit and cleaned up their mess in 1 day. I would recommend Mr HVAC.
OMG!!!! Chris was absolutely amazing. Not only was he courteous and personable but he was also punctual with time. It took him all of 30 minutes to diagnose and fix my issue and my jaw just dropped. My unit would not power on and I could not figure it out myself. I will DEFINITELY be using this... OMG!!!! Chris was absolutely amazing.
