I contracted with Chris of Mr. HVAC Heating and Cooling Services for replacing my 20+ years old HVAC system recently. Chris came, inspected my old system, patiently answered my question, and gave me his best estimate for a complete Trane system, as well as a complete Goodman system. Comparing with the offers from four other contractors, his offers were very competitive and with best price and better warranty terms. I also researched Chris Gleaves on Googles. I found many good references from his previous customers. I was so impressed with him and his offer after talking to him, and decided to take his offer for a complete Trane system. Rob and his assistant came and installed the HVAC system this week. Rob is a partner of Chris’ company and has worked with Chris dated back many years. They did the installation work of my new HVAC system professionally. By watching them and talking to Rob, I felt confident they did a good job. Of course, the time will tell and prove. I appreciate very much the offer and the work Chris and Rob did for me. They are honest and have my trust. I would recommend Mr. HVAC to my friends without hesitation or reservation.

Great service! Chris is very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us when our thermostats went out and installed 2 new furnaces for us. Will definitely keep using Mr HVAC!

Our heater stopped working this week, and Chris came over to check it out. The motor was needing to be replaced, but we decided to replace the furnace because it was the original unit when the house was built. Chis had his employee come out the next day to replace our furnace. We had a delay in start time, but I am giving 5 stars for good communication and for the professional service n completing the job. I’d highly recommend!

Mr. HVAC to the rescue again! I called them to help me figure out why my heat wasn’t working. Just my luck for the heat to stop working when it’s 17 degrees outside. It was 54 degrees in my house and miserable to say the least. They came in and replaced the circuit board and gas valve on my furnace and got the heat working again. My husband and I were looking to have our HVAC system upgraded and additional duct work done in our basement. We searched contractors through a vendor portal with our home improvement account and came across Mr. HVAC. We reached out on Friday and Chris was at our house on Sunday for an estimate. He spent a significant time with us looking over our unit, ducts etc, while discussing what our wants and needs were. I appreciate more than anything him LISTENING to my needs and selling us only what we needed/wanted. Once he understood what our needs and wants were he created a plan that was within our budget and got us scheduled. There was a week lag time (perfect for us to prep). The technicians were awesome, friendly, efficient and timely. Chris’ partner Robert communicated with my husband and I each day (project was two days) letting us know the status. Our project was executed just as we discussed. I absolutely recommend Mr. HVAC as they warranty they labor and parts as well. I’ve waited 6 years to have heat in my basement and I can’t even explain how excited I am to be warm and to have had such a warm experience.
