The crew showed up exactly on time. They were very very careful laying runners to protect the flooring. They kept the work area spotless and did an incredible job of cleaning up when the job was complete. The crew was extremely friendly and answered all questions in a friendly manner. They were honest and up front on pricing and did not try and over sell what we did not need. I could not recommend them enough for your HVAC needs.

Chris and his team are awesome! We moved into our new home about a year ago and have had quite a few issues with our HVAC system. Every time we have called, Chris and his team have responded quickly and been extremely thorough. Chris is knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely cares about getting your system back into good condition. He never tries to sell you something you don’t need. Instead, he gives you the facts and explains your options honestly. I will always call this company whenever we have an HVAC issue. Chris was great and was able to get us an estimate quickly AND was able to get us a competitive price compared to the other companies we got estimates from. He was able to send a team out next day and we had our glorious cold AC back! Great service and the installation team was friendly and cleaned up very well after the install was done. A++

Earlier this week, Mr. HVAC installed a new air conditioner for my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My old A/C kicked on for the first time this season, but the air coming from the vents was barely cool. After seeing an ad for Mr. HVAC in the Money Pages circular, I decided to give them a call—and I’m very glad I did. Chris came out promptly and explained that my tiny 1‑ton A/C unit, which was about 35 years old, was no longer repairable. While that was disappointing to hear, he took the time to explain my options clearly, worked within my budget, and made sure the new system would be properly sized for my home. When I mentioned concerns about an old humidifier attached to the system, he even included its removal at no extra charge. Two days later, Darryl and L.T. arrived with the new 3‑ton Trane unit and got right to work removing the old system and completing the installation. They were friendly, professional, and extremely respectful of my home and property. I was especially impressed with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They carefully ensured the new coil and pump wouldn’t interfere with my furnace piping, tucked the new coolant line neatly out of the way, installed a new footing and breaker for the compressor, and rerouted the drain line so water now exits into the yard instead of pooling near the foundation. Darryl went above and beyond by properly wiring my thermostat to the HVAC system—something the previous owners had never done. When the job was finished, they cleaned up so thoroughly that you wouldn’t know major work had just been completed. I’m extremely happy with the work and with my new A/C. My home is now cool and comfortable, and I give Mr. HVAC my highest recommendation. I will definitely be calling them again for annual maintenance to keep everything running smoothly for years to come.

Excellent job from start to finish. Chris gave me a great quote, and the installation team did an amazing job. They were professional, clean, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently. My AC was completely out, and they really came through for me before the weather started getting hotter. I appreciated the quick turnaround and the care they took during the install. Highly recommend.
