He spent a significant time with us looking over our unit, ducts etc, while discussing what our wants and needs were. I appreciate more than anything him LISTENING to my needs and selling us only what we needed/wanted. Once he understood what our needs and wants were he created a plan that was within our budget and got us scheduled. There was a week lag time (perfect for us to prep). The technicians were awesome, friendly, efficient and timely. Chris’ partner Robert communicated with my husband and I each day (project was two days) letting us know the status. Our project was executed just as we discussed. I absolutely recommend Mr. HVAC as they warranty they labor and parts as well. I’ve waited 6 years to have heat in my basement and I can’t even explain how excited I am to be warm and to have had such a warm experience.

We had some minor repairs done to a relatively new unit, and Chris worked hard to make sure the parts were covered under warranty. Would definitely recommend Mr. HVAC! They did a great job diagnosing the problem and replacing my condensate pump. Chris was even prompt in coming back to take a look at something for me that needed a minor fix. Couldn't be happier with the service and their responsiveness.
