My husband and I were looking to have our HVAC system upgraded and additional duct work done in our basement. We searched contractors through a vendor portal with our home improvement account and came across Mr. HVAC. We reached out on Friday and Chris was at our house on Sunday for an estimate. He spent a significant time with us looking over our unit, ducts etc, while discussing what our wants and needs were. I appreciate more than anything him LISTENING to my needs and selling us only what we needed/wanted. Once he understood what our needs and wants were he created a plan that was within our budget and got us scheduled. There was a week lag time (perfect for us to prep). The technicians were awesome, friendly, efficient and timely. Chris’ partner Robert communicated with my husband and I each day (project was two days) letting us know the status. Our project was executed just as we discussed. I absolutely recommend Mr. HVAC as they warranty they labor and parts as well. I’ve waited 6 years to have heat in my basement and I can’t even explain how excited I am to be warm and to have had such a warm experience.

Excellent service and couldn't be more happier! This was a full "Grounds Up System" installation in my basement. They did everything (e.g. install system, duct work, electrical, etc...) in a very efficient and professional manner. Pricing was reasonable. Family-owned, not Private Equity held. Highly recommend them with no hesitation!
