I had Mr. HVAC complete two repairs for me. I had them replace my A/C unit as well as replace my hot water heater. Both repairs were handled in a timely manner and Rob and his assistant were both great to work with. They were quick to respond and complete the work. I truly appreciate Mr. HVAC... We searched contractors through a vendor portal with our home improvement account and came across Mr. HVAC. We reached out on Friday and Chris was at our house on Sunday for an estimate. He spent a significant time with us looking over our unit, ducts etc, while discussing what our wants and needs were. I appreciate more than anything him LISTENING to my needs and selling us only what we needed/wanted. Once he understood what our needs and wants were he created a plan that was within our budget and got us scheduled. There was a week lag time (perfect for us to prep). The technicians were awesome, friendly, efficient and timely. Chris’ partner Robert communicated with my husband and I each day (project was two days) letting us know the status. Our project was executed just as we discussed. I absolutely recommend Mr. HVAC as they warranty they labor and parts as well. I’ve waited 6 years to have heat in my basement and I can’t even explain how excited I am to be warm and to have had such a warm experience.

Mr. HVAC is my new go to guy. They came out on very short notice and had my unit running smooth in about an hour. The price was super fair and the technicians were very knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't need them again anytime soon but having them as a resource gives me peace of mind. 10 stars!!

Excellent service and couldn't be more happier! This was a full "Grounds Up System" installation in my basement. They did everything (e.g. install system, duct work, electrical, etc...) in a very efficient and professional manner. Pricing was reasonable. Family-owned, not Private Equity...
